North Somerset Signals Start of Show Season

The 2022 summer showing season got off the ground with North Somerset Show, on the May Day Bank Holiday Monday, and this year the show welcomed record numbers of sheep exhibitors to their Wraxall showground, just south of Bristol.  

Dean Whybrow of the Cardington Flock made his way from Letchworth Garden City to judge the four Kerry Hill exhibitors forward on the day. 

Champion on the day went to Mrs Helen Macleod, Carpenters Flock’s, homebred shearling ewe and Helen also took Reserve Champion with her homebred shearling ram.
