Clear skys and blazing sun set the scene for judge Kate Esler of the Kingswater Flock, at Shropshire County Show on Saturday 17th August. The show was held at a slightly later date this year due to covid restrictions stopping the normal show date.
Seven exhibitors were forward with many having multiple entries in each class, putting on a good display of the Kerry Hill breed.
The Overall Breed Champion went to the Male Champion a shearling ram owned by Harry Ellis of the Whitehouse Flock, the ram was bred by John Croose, Marlbrook flook.

Reserve Breed Champion was taken by the Female Champion a breeding ewe shown by Helen Macleod, Carpenter’s flock, the ewe was bred by Andrew Griffiths, Pentrehen Flock.
Reserve Male Champion went to a ram lamb lamb owned and bred by Tom Evans, Calcot Flock.
Reserve Female Champion went to a shearling ewe owned and bred by Helen Macleod, Carpenters flock.
