Kerry Hill Society AGM and Dinner: Book your place by 22 October
The Kerry Hill Flock Book Society’s 2026 Annual General Meeting and Dinner will take place on Saturday 7 November at the Mercure Gloucester Bowden Hall Hotel, Gloucester.
The AGM will begin at 5.30pm, followed by dinner at 7.30pm, providing an opportunity for members to come together and celebrate another year with the breed.
AGM dinner bookings
Members wishing to attend the dinner are reminded to submit their completed booking forms, including their meal choices, by 22 October.

As the PDF is not an interactive online form, members should download or print it, complete the required fields and return it to the Society office, either by email or to the address on the form. Alternatively, members may be able to fill in the downloaded PDF using a suitable PDF editor before returning it.

Members wishing to stay overnight can book directly with the Mercure Gloucester Bowden Hall Hotel, quoting the Kerry Hill AGM. A number of rooms have been reserved for Society members, with a discounted rate expected to be available. Members are advised to confirm the rate and availability directly with the hotel.
2026 show points
Members who have exhibited Kerry Hill sheep during the 2026 show season are also reminded to submit their show results before 31 October.
These results are used to calculate the Society’s annual show points and determine the awards presented to leading exhibitors at the AGM dinner.
Please ensure your results are submitted to the Society office in time to be included.
