The Downwood Flock’s success continued at the Rare Breeds Show held on the Sunday of the Three Counties Show. A good number of members from far and wide attended the open day at Lower Wilbury Farm, Letchworth by kind invitation of Dean & Katie Whybrow. This year marked the last four day show for the Royal Bath and West which is moving to a three day show in 2020. Six exhibitors were forward for local judge Mr Alan Brimble who awarded the Championship to a shearling ewe owned by the Scott family (Orchard Flock), and bred by the Owens family
